Quest Company offers internship opportunities during the spring, summer, and fall academic seasons. The internship is available to college students that are currently enrolled in an undergraduate, Ph.D, or Masters level degree program. Students from the below universities have participated:

Brokerage/Leasing:

Interns accepted into the Brokerage/Leasing department will follow sales professionals and work with real clients to meet their client objectives. The basics of commercial real estate as an investment and profession will be instructed through shadowing real life sales professionals on conference calls, site showings, and many other avenues.

 

Brokerage/Leasing will focus more on the sales aspect of commercial real estate. No cold calling is asked of interns, but focuses more on research of commercial properties.

Property Management:

Interns accepted into the Property Management department will follow property managers and work with real clients to meet their client objectives. The basics of commercial real estate as an investment and profession will be instructed through shadowing real life sales professionals on conference calls, site showings, and many other avenues.

 

Property management focuses more on the budgeting and detailed aspects of commercial property. Strong analytical skills are recommended.

Marketing:

Interns accepted to the Marketing internship will be in charge of Quest Company's social media and event planning. Updating flyers and marketing materials will also be available to students who show strong proficiency in graphic design.
