As president and founder of Quest Company, Stephen J. LaFreniere has more than 30 years property management experience. Property Management Executive Vice President Sue MacLarty has worked more than 20 years in the industry, as well. Quest Company's other commercial property managers on staff serve to make its Property Management Department one of the most effective and efficient in the Greater Orlando area.

Stephen LaFreniere is a court-appointed trustee for Orange and Seminole counties. Hence, we also perform trustee functions for various institutions on an interim basis. Sue MacLarty has served as a court-appointed Receiver.

Quest Company is proud to also serve as property manager for a number of Central Florida commercial condo associations, as well as providing medical facility maintenance.

Our reporting system to the landlord is highly-defined and detailed. We have the capability of customizing all monthly reports on a per-Landlord requirement basis. We obtain a minimum of three competitive bids for any work of a substantial nature to be done on the property, such as pylon signage, re-striping the parking lot, re-roofing, etc. Additionally, we can provide remediation services for owners.
